1, Listings on the main page will incur a one-off fee. 1 Listing on area pages will be free of charge.
2, Each listing must contain:
a, Company Name.
b, Registered Address.
c, Contact telephone number.
3, We will provide a free link for all listings with websites, however, free listings must reciprocate.
4, If a company wishes to cover multiple areas, a charge will be made for each additional area
added.
5, All listings will be reviewed annually, to ensure all details are up to date.
6, Any listing found to be in disrepute of their trade, will be rapidly removed.
7, Pennine Estates cannot be held responsible for any services or goods supplied.
8, Pennine Estates holds no responsibility to the accuracy of any listing.
9, Listings may be cancelled at any time by notifying Pennine Estates by email or telephone to 01706 290491, confirming cancellation.
10, Pennine Estates reserve the right to remove any company from the database at any time. Examples include, companies no longer trading, complaints regarding obscene or illegal company practice. No part or full refund of any subscription fees will be given.
11, Pennine Estates retains the right to amend these T&C's without notification.
